Our service
- We provide personalised digital songs created from the brief you submit.
- Songs are delivered by email as a digital MP3 file.
- Delivery times begin once payment and the full song brief have been received.
- Standard delivery is usually 5–7 working days. Express delivery is usually 48–72 hours when the Express package is selected.
- We may use a combination of human creative direction, digital tools and AI-assisted production software to help create your personalised song.
Your responsibilities
- You must check that all names, dates, spellings and personal details in your brief are accurate before submitting. Your song will be created from the information you provide.
- You confirm that any text, poems, lyrics, speeches, notes, photos or files you upload are either owned by you, created by you, or that you have permission to use them for this order.
- You must not submit copyrighted lyrics, poems, recordings or other protected material that you do not have the right to use.
- You may share artists, songs or styles as inspiration, but we do not copy existing songs, lyrics, melodies or vocals.
- Songs are supplied for personal use only unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Revisions
Premium and Express packages include one small revision covering minor lyric, wording or pronunciation adjustments. Revisions do not include a full remake, a completely different genre, or a new brief.
Refunds & cancellations
Because each song is personalised and made to order, refunds are not available once production has started unless there is a technical fault with the delivered file. By placing an order you agree for us to begin creating your personalised digital song after purchase and you acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel for personalised goods and made-to-order digital content under UK consumer law.
Discount codes & promotions
Discount codes are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code can be used per order and codes cannot be combined. Some codes are limited to one use per customer email. Gifted or promotional orders may be provided in return for honest feedback, but positive reviews are never guaranteed or required.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
