Because each song is personalised and made to order, refunds are not available once production has started unless there is a technical fault with the delivered file.

Personalised digital content

By placing your order and ticking the production consent at checkout, you ask us to begin creating your personalised digital song immediately after purchase. You acknowledge that this is a personalised, made-to-order digital product and that you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel for personalised goods and made-to-order digital content under UK consumer law.

Technical faults

If the delivered MP3 will not play, is corrupted or is materially different from the package you ordered, contact us at hello@bespokemelody.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will put it right.

Mistakes in your brief

We create your song from the brief you submit. Spelling, name or detail errors in the brief are not grounds for a refund, but Premium and Express packages include one small revision that can cover minor lyric, wording or pronunciation adjustments.
